Istighfar & Daily Dhikr is designed with privacy first. We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services. Dhikr and streak data is processed entirely on-device and never sent to our servers:
- Contact information (email) when you reach out for support.
- Dhikr and streak data, which stays on-device and syncs encrypted via your personal iCloud account (iOS) or optional Firebase Sync (Android).
- Anonymous usage statistics to improve app performance and user experience.
- Device information (OS version, device model) for technical compatibility and optimization.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your dhikr and streak data is used solely to provide tracking, analytics, and insights within the app. All audio analysis for Arabic voice counting happens on-device. No audio is ever sent to our servers. Your data is stored in your private iCloud storage (iOS) or Firebase Sync (Android) and is never accessible by us. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security
We leverage Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure (iOS) and Firebase's secure communication protocols (Android) to protect your information. Your dhikr data remains under your control; we cannot access or modify it.
