1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Istighfar & Daily Dhikr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Istighfar & Daily Dhikr is an Islamic dhikr tracking and spiritual habit-building app available on iOS, Android, Apple Watch, Wear OS, and more platforms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
3. User Content and Data
You are responsible for the dhikr data you manage using our services. Your data is synced via Apple's iCloud service (iOS) or Firebase Sync (Android), and your use of these services is subject to Apple's and Google's respective terms and conditions.
4. In-App Purchases
Dhikr Plus subscriptions are managed entirely through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund and cancellation policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. We do not process payments directly.
5. Limitation of Liability
Istighfar & Daily Dhikr is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
